Candace Burnham: Oh, it surprised me. I mean, even when I was getting closer to my goal weight, I was surprised that I didn’t need to do more physical activity to lose weight. Now, I actually have more energy and stamina to do things that do need greater physical exertion. Even when I perform tasks that I’m not physically used to, I feel less muscle fatigue afterward. And I recover quicker, too. Until recently, my schedule didn’t allow me to do regular physical training, but now I’m adding some interval training.

Tell us about the options for keeping the meals fresh and exciting on Speed Keto. For example, have you tried any of the “bonus” recipes from the files? Did you use any of the additional cookbooks?

Candace Burnham: I love all the cookbooks! The variety they offer is absolute perfection! I frequently plan my meals out for a month at a time, and I use recipes from each cookbook.
