It’s Never Too Late to Live Healthy, Just Ask Lisa Duckham! | Speed Keto®

It’s never too late to adopt a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. No matter how old you are, a healthy lifestyle aided by an effective weight loss program will do wonders for your body and overall well-being. The main thing you have to worry about is simply finding the diet or weight loss program that fits you. Lisa Duckham will tell you all about the wonders of finding the right program and sticking with it.

What pushed you to try out Speed Keto

Lisa Duckham: Suffice to say, 2020 has been a difficult year. I have a knee that needs to be replaced. So, I guess I was just ready to make big changes in my life.

What kind of changes have you noticed since starting Speed Keto?

Lisa Duckham: Oh, my knee pain is gone. That’s the biggest change. Words can’t describe how I feel, really. Things are just much better now.

What advice do you have for someone who is hesitant to try Speed Keto?

Lisa Duckham: Read, read, read. I started this process in 2019 by reading everything in the Speed Keto book over and over. I had to get my mind ready to make a change, and I spent several months doing that. I knew that if I made a big change, I had to succeed. So, when I started the program on February 1, 2020, I was ready.

I love wine and comfort food. I followed the plan, as it was laid out, and I’ve been pretty happy with the results. When I began, I was at 255 pounds, and now I’m at 211. I have kept the weight off too! This lifestyle change works, and I’m living proof of that.

What kind of meals did you enjoy the most while on Speed Keto? Did your family also enjoy the meals? Were they kid-friendly?

Lisa Duckham: Well, I cook for my husband and for my elderly parents who live with us. When I cook, I make the main courses from the Speed Keto book. Then I add extra sides for my parents and my husband, and I would eat the meal in the book. Everyone loves the food. Once I made up my mind, I was able to stay away from carb-rich foods.

What advice do you have for someone who is hesitant to try Speed Keto

Did you ever try intermittent fasting while on Speed Keto? Was it easier than you expected it to be?

Lisa Duckham: I’ve done the fasting. It was pretty tough in the beginning. But after the first week, it became easier.

Tell us about the options for keeping the meals fresh and exciting on Speed Keto. For example, have you tried any of the “bonus” recipes from the files, or used any of the additional cookbooks?

Lisa Duckham: Like I said, I’ve read several of the books. I tried a lot of the meals. If we’re talking favorites though, my favorites would have to be the bacon and dirty fried eggs; mushroom and spinach scramble; shrimp and arugula salad; and hamburger patty with mushroom and onion. That’s just to name a few. Overall, I find all of the recipes delicious.

How are your energy levels while on Speed Keto? Were you always exhausted? Or did you benefit from Keto’s energy-boosting benefits?

Lisa Duckham: Oh, I feel better now. In fact, I feel better now than I have in 30 years!

What are your current weight or health goals after trying Speed Keto? How did they change?

Lisa Duckham: Again, when I started in February, I was 255 pounds. Now, I’m at 211. But I would like to go down even lower, to at least 195 pounds.

How long did it take for Speed Keto to start working for you?

Lisa Duckham: A week, really. I saw results after the first week, and that was when I realized Speed Keto is a game-changer. Now, all of my blood work has finally been back to great ranges.

Are you planning to continue or follow Speed Keto again in the near future? Why or why not?

Lisa Duckham: Yes. I will continue to follow Speed Keto forever! This is a new way of eating for me, and outside of helping me lose weight, it’s helped me keep those inches and pounds away, so I’m definitely not stopping!
