What made you decide to try Speed Keto? (What or Who inspired you to try out Speed Keto?)

Ryan Brooks: Well I remember looking in the mirror one day and I didn’t even recognize who the person was.  I recall asking how I got to this point in my life where I didn’t see how big I had become.  The thought running through my head of just wanting to give up and the self pity. I don’t ever remember feeling so disgusted in me.  My dad had diabetes and I saw all the health problems he had gone through and I just couldn’t put my kids through that so I told myself I have to make a change because the path I was on was a path to death.  Later that week I showed up at work and a friend of mine named brett introduced me to keto.  I had never heard of it before so I started to look it up and realized this is a lifestyle change I could make.  The main reason to start keto for me was yes for myself but ultimately so I can have a longer life with my family.

How did you feel on Speed Keto? Better, worse, the same? Did you notice any positive health benefits?

Ryan Brooks: I felt soooooo much better on speed keto.  I did notice that I started to feel hot and would sweat all the time.  I did have some bad breath as well as a copper taste but also had a lot more energy and could think clearer.  At first I didn’t notice a difference but by the end of my first month I was already buying smaller clothes which was amazing

What did you have the most trouble with while on regular Keto, or why did regular Keto not work for you and Speed Keto did?

Ryan Brooks: When I was on regular keto I had a problem with trying to find out what is keto what’s not and all the research required to make sure you are within your macros.  I just jumped in and I think that was my biggest mistake but also the best thing to happen to me because it lead me to speed keto on Facebook.  The testimonials really intrigued me and I thought this program is so reasonably priced I would be a fool to not give it a chance.  I loved the fact you get all the information you need and is highly recommend you read the book thoroughly and prepare yourself for the speed keto program. This gave me the structure I needed and provides you with the recipes and the monthly meal plan.

How often (or how long) have you done Speed Keto?

Ryan Brooks: Don’t wait.  We all have our doubts and are skeptical but this program has changed so many people’s lives and continues to do so daily.  The only limitations we have are the ones we put on ourselves, lift that weight off your back and take the first step to getting where you want to be.  The people I saw sharing their testimony on speed keto are inspirations to many people and just remember when you share your story you will inspire people too.

What advice do you have for someone who is hesitant to try Speed Keto?

What are your current weight OR health goals like after trying Speed Keto? (How did they change?)

Ryan Brooks: After getting down 100lbs on 4 rounds of speed keto. I decided to maintain my weight and try and see if I could shrink the loose skin I had gained from the weight loss.  Unfortunately I waited a year and I had no change.  I just got back on speed keto and finished a month and will start again in a week after my wife and I’s 13th anniversary.  My goal is to get down to 185lbs but want to get to 200lbs by the end of the year.  I will continue living a keto lifestyle because I never want to go back to the person I was before.

How long did it take for Speed Keto to start working for you?

Ryan Brooks: I didn’t notice the weightloss right away but others noticed in 3 weeks.  I felt the effects after a week and a half such as copper breath, constant sweating, ample energy and clearer thinking.  In the beginning of round 2  I was already buying new clothes
