Over the past 20 years, I’ve launched and successfully exited several businesses, each driven by my commitment to pioneering advancements and building impactful brands. I founded Rem3dy Health in 2019, and our flagship brand, Nourished, is the world’s first 3D-printed personalized nutrition product. By combining cutting-edge 3D printing, we’re making strides in consumer-centric product development and improving the lives of our customers through personalized nutrition.

If you were in an elevator with Warren Buffett, how would you describe your company, your services, or your products? What makes your company different from others? What is your company’s biggest strength?

Melissa Snover: I’d describe Nourished as a trailblazer in personalized nutrition. We leverage 3D printing to create bespoke gummy vitamins tailored to individual health needs and lifestyle goals.

What sets us apart is our ability to merge advanced technology with top-quality, vegan ingredients, delivering truly personalized nutrition. Our biggest strength lies in our relentless commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions, empowering individuals to take control of their health in an enjoyable and convenient manner.

Quiet quitting and the great resignation continue to challenge businesses in maintaining engaged and motivated talent. What do you believe is most critical to employee happiness, and how are you adapting to these changes?

Melissa Snover: At Nourished, we believe that a supportive and inclusive company culture is paramount to employee satisfaction and engagement.

We are also investing in innovative marketing strategies to connect with new audiences and leveraging data analytics to better understand and anticipate customer needs.

As virtual meetings and remote work continue to reshape the landscape, we’re dedicated to maintaining strong, transparent relationships with our partners and customers. By staying agile and customer-centric, we aim to capitalize on this digital wave and exceed expectations in the coming year.

In your experience, what tends to be the most underestimated part of running a company? Can you share an example?

While product development and market strategies often take center stage, the foundation of a successful company lies in its people. At Nourished, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment has not only boosted morale but also driven innovation and productivity. This often-overlooked element can be the difference between a company that merely functions and one that thrives.

On a lighter note, if you had the ability to pick any business superpower, what would it be and how would you put it into practice?

Melissa Snover: It would be the ability to foresee future market trends and consumer needs with perfect clarity.

By predicting trends, we could launch groundbreaking solutions just as the market demands them. We are in a fortunate position thanks to our patented technology, which allows us to react to trends and customer feedback very quickly. Unlike more traditional businesses that often have long lead times for launching a new product, our technology could allow us to launch a new range in a matter of weeks.

 

What does “success” mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level. Please share your vision.

Melissa Snover: On a business level, it means continuing to innovate at Nourished, expanding our product range, and reaching more people with our personalized nutrition solutions.

I envision Nourished becoming a household name synonymous with health and well-being, recognized for our commitment to quality and customization.
