As an entrepreneur, how do you incorporate mindfulness or spiritual practices into your leadership style? Can you share an instance where this approach significantly impacted your business decisions or team dynamics?

Balancing a busy professional life with healthy eating can be challenging. What strategies or habits have you adopted to ensure your diet supports both your body and spirit, especially under the pressures of entrepreneurship?

Riannon Palmer: When you have a good routine it becomes much easier to eat healthy. I also know if you don’t fuel yourself then you can’t work to the best of your ability. I always make sure to eat three healthy meals a day and allow myself treats when I want in moderation.

How have you transformed your workspace to enhance focus, creativity, and inner peace? Do you have any specific routines or environmental changes that have made a significant difference in your workday wellness?

Riannon Palmer: Introducing policies that create a happier work environment has not only benefited employees but also myself. I have been working in Mexico this month using our Work From Anywhere policy. I am about to come back to the UK and have lots more creative ideas and an eagerness to go at full force in 2024.

Quality rest is crucial for peak performance. What sleep hygiene rituals do you follow to maintain high energy and clear thinking? How have these practices contributed to your success and well-being as a business owner?

Riannon Palmer: I like ti aim to stick to a sleep routine, going to bed and waking at the same time each day. I find it much easier to sleep quickly when I have good habits. I also aim for 7/8 hours sleep. I know I can be more productive and perform better after a good rest so prioritise it.
