Before we begin, please introduce us to who Saket Jain is.
Saket Jain: Early in my career, I served as a business consultant and have since worked for notable companies such as AirBnB. Although I enjoyed the intellectual stimulation and I was making great amounts of money, something was missing in my life and I was deeply unfulfilled. Over time, I started to realize that life was about more than chasing money or material things, which is the only thing money can truly buy.
I was looking for more.
Knowing that I needed a shift, I began to explore a heart-centered approach to building wealth through investments that led me to the creation of my companies: Impact Wealth Builders (https://impactwealthbuilders.com/) and Migrate2Wealth (https://www.migrate2wealth.com/).
Through my companies and the Migrate 2 Wealth Podcast, I aim to create impact on the world while providing sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders. I have offerings suitable for every stage of the investment journey including a Legacy Wealth Building Mastermind which focuses on growing and preserving my client’s personal wealth as well as a Business Growth Mastermind which focuses on the strategies and structures to kick their business income into high speed and scale effectively.
What inspired you to merge the finance world with the world of wellness and compassionate finance?
Saket Jain: I realized that life was about more than just accumulating wealth and material possessions. Through my companies, I want to prioritize the well-being of individuals and communities while fostering sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders.
How do you define ‘compassionate finance’, and what sets your approach apart from traditional financial models?
Saket Jain: Compassionate finance, to me, is about prioritizing the human element in financial endeavors. While traditional finance often focuses solely on numbers and profit, my approach integrates empathy, inclusivity, and social impact. For example, a portion of the profits generated by Impact Wealth Builders is dedicated to philanthropic efforts, such as educating underserved children in India.
How do you suggest individuals prioritize their well-being while navigating the demands of their career or industry?
Saket Jain: Start by carving out dedicated time for self-care activities such as exercise, meditation, or hobbies that bring you joy. Seek support from mentors or peers who understand the importance of holistic wellness. Remember, when you invest in your well-being, you’re investing in your ability to thrive in every aspect of your life, including your career.
Could you elaborate on how integrating heart-centered values can disrupt traditional industries, particularly in the realm of finance?
Saket Jain: Infusing heart-centered values into your business model can fundamentally transform the way you engage with your audience and clients. By prioritizing empathy, compassion, and authenticity, you create deeper connections and foster trust within your community.
In the finance industry, trust is paramount, this approach can disrupt traditional practices by prioritizing the human experience over profit margins. Ultimately, integrating heart-centered values not only differentiates your brand but also creates a more inclusive and equitable financial landscape for all individuals.
