The interview offers lessons for entrepreneurs, executives, and anyone seeking to build a career without borders.

Anna, launching a consulting firm that operates at a global level requires clarity of vision. What was the defining insight or experience that convinced you it was time to create Vasyutina LLC?

Anna Vasyutina: My experience was taken from England, the UK, and the USA, with general principles too — management and HR. I did not copy, but I took the general things to manage the consulting company, and to generate my experience for my clients. These experiences gave me a clear understanding of how business cultures differ yet share common principles. I saw that combining these lessons could create a stronger consulting framework. This was the point when I knew I could bring something unique to the global market.

Your consulting practice works across diverse sectors and cultures. How do you customize high-level strategies while maintaining consistent values and results for clients in such different industries?

Anna Vasyutina: I combined the cultures, insights, and strategies from this. I combined the Russian, British, and U.S. insights and cultures into one wallet. A part of German, a part of French. I like the project I have; I see a lot of subscribers to it. There are some general things in industries, and some general things in business plans that we do for our clients. There are a lot of upcoming things we use in our practice. By doing this, I ensure each strategy feels local but is backed by global knowledge. This balance helps my clients work effectively across borders without losing their identity. It also creates a level of trust that is essential in international business.

Many consulting firms focus on operations or growth, but few bridge leadership development and long-term transformation. What unique methodology or perspective sets Vasyutina LLC apart at the executive level?

Anna Vasyutina: The same, leadership growth and operations growth, etc. We use the same business tools for growing across countries and cultures. We focus on my digital leadership in the media that I have been using over the last years. I’m a popular TV host in Moscow, Russia, and a popular TV star. It makes it easier to promote my services. This visibility allows me to connect with a wider audience and build credibility. My approach combines this public presence with customized executive coaching. This combination gives leaders both the skills and the confidence to achieve lasting transformation.

In a world saturated with business advisors, how do you ensure your firm is offering elite value rather than generic guidance, especially when working with high-performing international clients?

Anna Vasyutina: I assure you that it’s so, because I am a multinational businessman and top manager with a British MBA. I integrated the main tools of MBA into my company’s practice to develop a better experience, improve client practices, and create stronger relationships. MBA made my world easier; now I’m ready to tackle any digital product in the world. This education taught me how to adapt solutions to fit different market demands. It also gave me a network of international peers whose perspectives shape my work. As a result, my clients receive advice that is both highly practical and globally informed.

What are some of the most common leadership blind spots you have observed among senior executives, and how do you help them turn those blind spots into growth opportunities?

Anna Vasyutina: We have no such issues, to be honest, I did not think about it. We have nothing blinding the eyes of our clients, and no way to keep a secret from them. I believe in transparency at every stage of the consulting process. This open approach builds trust and ensures problems are addressed before they grow. It also creates a strong foundation for long-term business relationships.

As you look to the future of Vasyutina LLC, what is your vision for its global impact, and how do you plan to scale influence while preserving the personal attention that defines your consulting approach?

Anna Vasyutina: We want to open a branch in the USA to develop and explore more practice and more clients for our company. We want to explore more cultures and grow into Europe, to have a European branch to serve our clients more. We are a European-minded company with a great vision for the multinational market. This expansion will help us reach industries that are currently outside our network. It will also give us a chance to exchange more cultural and professional ideas. Through this, we aim to remain personal in our service while becoming truly global.
