Giovanni Kisesa, Co-founder of Swift Line Capital, has years of experience in online education and sales. Giovanni always had a talent for growth, his own and others’. Before co-founding Swift Line Capital, he learned from industry names like Alex Hormozi and Cole Gordon. He listened to business owners, studied their pain points, and made mental notes. What worked. What didn’t. What he’d do differently when the time came.

That time came when Giovanni secured 0% interest funding for his first Airbnb venture. The experience showed him a bigger picture: helping others do the same. At Swift Line Capital, he now leads enrollment while helping shape a high-performing team. In this interview, Giovanni provides a closer look at the process behind his work. He’s the sales pro who believes that success is better when shared, and the strategist who helps small businesses grow, interest-free.

You have worked under some of the most respected names in entrepreneurship, Alex Hormozi and Cole Gordon. What key lessons from that chapter have shaped the way you now lead at Swift Line Capital?

Giovanni Kisesa: One of my biggest takeaways from my time working at these organizations is that everything rises and falls on leadership. A team is only going to rise to the level at which it’s led. I can’t ask my team to do something that I have not validated or set the standard for myself.

My leadership now is all about how I can get the best out of someone else, other people, rather than relying on my sole ability to get a result. When growing, it’s all about ‘we,’ not ‘me,’ which is something I strive to emulate each and every day.

Swift Line Capital specializes in helping clients access 0% interest business funding. How did that model come into play, and why do you believe it’s a game-changer for entrepreneurs today?

Giovanni Kisesa: For us specifically, this came into play when we started getting into real estate investing back in 2020. We were able to leverage business credit to fund our projects without having to deplete our liquidity, and as a result, we set out on a mission to help others do the same as well.

This is a key funding option for other investors, whether they are new or seasoned, because it allows them to use the capital interest-free for an entire year that they have been able to secure. There aren’t many other funding options that act as cash in that capacity which is what to me this is the best option because clients can secure it all without having to show tax return, proof of income, or putting up any collateral which in 2025 serves to be a big game changer for those that are especially in life transitions.

What does your client enrollment process look like and how has your background helped you shape it into something that builds trust and drives results?

Giovanni Kisesa: Our enrollment process is very consultative. We take a deep dive into each client’s situation to see if and how we can help, and then structure a tailored approach to help them achieve their desired outcome. Working at the organizations I have worked with has allowed me to make my interactions more conversational, which takes the pressure off a situation and ultimately results in clients knowing that our funding option is the best outlet for them because the process allows them to come to that conclusion on their own.

We make the focus of the conversation all about the prospect’s needs and really focus on bridging the gap. I feel that something that really contributes to building trust with our clients is our integrity. If we can’t help someone, we would tell them from the start, along with giving them honest feedback that they may not have been expecting, but in the end, appreciate because of how we lead from a place of authenticity.

You have mentioned your passion for developing “key players” on your team. What is your approach to identifying and nurturing leadership in others?

Giovanni Kisesa: One key thing that stands out to me is hunger. I believe that skill is about 20% of the pie and the rest is hunger. You can teach skills, but you can’t teach motivation and drive. I would rather take someone who is respectfully a 6 or 7 on the skillset side of things and bring them up to a nine due to their coachability and work ethic for the role. Once I identify that, I dedicate my time to pouring into that individual one-on-one and helping them sharpen their craft. I see myself as a guide to helping them hit their goals. In the end, it’s them who are making it happen, and I was just a person along the way, so it’s all about them.

I feel that the best leaders are promoted from within, so I believe that team members being aware of certain doors that can be opened only serves to motivate them even more, based on my personal experience.

What is next for Swift Line Capital? Where do you see the company and the funding landscape evolving over the next few years?

Giovanni Kisesa: I see us being able to help our clients access different funding options as a result of expanding our in-house products, which we are able to help our clients tap into. We would like to be the one-stop shop for business funding.

As the world and banking continue to evolve, there will be changes, of course, but we will always continue to stay up to date to educate our clients best and provide the best resources to them.

Conclusion

Giovanni Kisesa transfers his knowledge to others, such as a new team member at Swift Line or a business owner looking for funding. His belief is simple: if he can do it, others can too. They just need the right plan, the right team, and a smart way to access capital.

Swift Line Capital offers all three. And Giovanni plays a gigantic role in making sure the process is clear and stress-free. With Swift Line, he helps fund businesses with 0% interest funding. From his early sales background to his current role as a co-founder, he’s stayed focused on one thing: results. Not hype. Not trends. Just helping people fund what they believe in.
