Here, We Can Read MJ’s Story Regarding The Speed Keto Diet Plan

Find Out How Speed Keto Could Improve Multiple Aspects of Your Life by Reading MJ’s Story!

As a 56-year-old who knew that a change was needed, she tags us along her journey as she shares what the initiative was leading to her trying Speed Keto, and how it helped her lose the weight she had gained in the COVID-19 pandemic.

She goes on to say that she too was at first hesitant to try Speed Keto, but now, after seeing its results, she can confidently give her own advice and recommend it to everyone looking to lose weight (a walking billboard, per her own words).

Not only that, but she gives insight on how Speed Keto not only helped her with her weight loss goals but how it also made it possible for her to enjoy cooking, something she had always despised.

What made you decide to try Speed Keto? (What or Who inspired you to try out Speed Keto?)

MJ: I am 56 years old and knew I needed a change to be healthy. I’ve dieted my whole life and it has never stayed. I lost 65lbs and 53” in 5 months. Then COVID-19 hit. In the 10 months since COVID I gained 5lbs. I’m working on getting that off now and I plan to lose an additional 20 lbs. This shows me that with a healthy plan I can still control my weight. I am happier, healthier and have goals that really work for me. It’s like anything worth doing. There is no easy button. It takes a lot of focus and control. And sometimes failure. When you fail, keep trying until you find what works for you.

How often (or how long) have you done Speed Keto?

MJ: After gaining 5lbs in the 10 months since COVID, I started Speed Keto and I’m planning on sticking to it all the way until I lose those additional 20 lbs. After which, I’d probably make it into my lifestyle and utilize it to keep my weight in check.

What advice do you have for someone who is hesitant to try Speed Keto?

MJ: I was very hesitant. This is a total lifestyle change. Forever. But it is worth it. I would rather be able to do things than eat things. Let’s face it. None of us overeat because we are hungry. Do whatever you need to do to find out what makes you tick. What makes you happy (don’t say food, lol.)? What makes you sad? Notice when you are eating and then ask why. I had a few simple tricks to get me started. I would notice that I was looking in the fridge or cabinet without even realizing I was doing it. I would ask myself if I was really hungry. Usually, not. If I thought I was, I’d have some more water. Then I’d ask myself why I thought that I’d needed to eat. It’s a process. If you find you always sit in the same spot when you eat, try and break that habit and sit somewhere else. Try to break all the little things that lead up to the big things. Get rid of the enabler habits. I know it can sound overwhelming. But it can be done.

Tell us about the options for keeping the meals fresh and exciting on Speed Keto. For example have you tried any of the “bonus” recipes from the files, or used any of the additional cookbooks?

MJ: LOTS of bonus recipes. I don’t like to cook. Can’t stand it. But when I started this program, I made that part of my lifestyle change. I started to cook. The recipes are easy to follow. Had to google a few terms because I am clueless when it comes to cooking, but overall very easy to follow. In the Facebook group the members make modifications to the recipes and share the outcomes. What I really like is that the moderators have no problem saying if something was a great modification or explain why it wasn’t so the rest of us can learn.  For example, I dislike seafood. Can’t stand it. Other members have come up with modifications. Luckily, I do like chicken. Lots and lots of chicken. I even bought one of those pressure cooker, food fryer thingies. Totally love it. I now make some awesome homemade chicken broth.

Why have you decided to make Speed Keto your lifestyle?

MJ: I needed a change. I’m not a grandmother yet, but when I become one, I aim to be the type that no one could guess her age based on her activity level. The gray hair might be another story. Losing weight and experiencing less joint pain has given me the courage to do a lot of things I wouldn’t have before. My attitude is more positive. I decided to let my hair go gray, going back to school for my Master’s degree and actually working on a bucket list. I have taken up woodworking and have started my walk with God. Keto was only one part of my puzzle, but it was an important step. They all go together and allow me to be who I am today. To take the risks I want to, Stand up for myself and basically kick *** and take names. I am not who I used to be anymore. I am grateful for who I have grown into.

Will you be recommending Speed Keto to your friends and family?

MJ: I recommend it all the time. I am walking billboard.

Did you follow a specific Speed Keto plan? Intermittent Fasting, Non-Fasting, Vegan or Vegetarian?

MJ: I had my most significant weight loss with the Speed Keto program. Lost 65lbs in 4 months. I had taken a little break and did keto but not as strict. Now I am going back to the strictness of Speed Keto. I’d like to lose some additional weight. It’s not the pounds that matter, but what makes me feel healthy. Plus, I actually like fasting. It gives me a sense of having control over what I am doing.
