Thank you so much for joining us. Please introduce yourself to our readers.

Daniela Wolfe: I’m Daniela with Best D Life – Helping You Find the Bliss in Your Busy. I am a burnout coach and self-care strategist who helps busy professionals beat burnout and prioritize their well-being with intentional time for self-care throughout their day without the guilt and overwhelm.

I have been a social worker for 27 plus years and trained in all things self-care, mindfulness, stress management, and coping skills. I help you go from Exhausted to Empowered by reframing your mindset, intentionally prioritizing and planning your time, and then adding self-care throughout your day.

I’m a mom of 2. I love to travel, SUP (stand-up paddleboard) and spend time with my family. Fun fact: popcorn is my favorite food – I eat it just about every day.

As an entrepreneur, how do you incorporate mindfulness or spiritual practices into your leadership style? Can you share an instance where this approach significantly impacted your business decisions or team dynamics?

Daniela Wolfe: I practice what I preach and prioritize taking time for myself every day. I make time for movement and meditation every morning to manage my own stress and declutter my thoughts before I start the day.

I also incorporate mindfulness in various ways such as through breath breaks and 5-4-3-2-1 practice to help me stay grounded and focused in the moment.

Balancing a busy professional life with healthy eating can be challenging. What strategies or habits have you adopted to ensure your diet supports both your body and spirit, especially under the pressures of entrepreneurship?

Daniela Wolfe: I have created habits to help maintain healthy eating and reduce decision fatigue. This looks like having consistent options for breakfast and lunch to alternate between so I don’t have to spend much time and energy figuring out what to eat.

I also know it will meet the daily nutrition and dietary guidelines I’m looking to meet since it’s pre-planned and not on the fly. As a busy entrepreneur, for me, it can be hard when stressed or overwhelmed to either forget to eat or emotionally eat – so having these habits and systems in place can help ensure I stay alert, healthy, and at my best.

How have you transformed your workspace to enhance focus, creativity, and inner peace? Do you have any specific routines or environmental changes that have made a significant difference in your workday wellness?

Daniela Wolfe: When I designed my office – I intentionally planned my space to not only be functional but also creative and calming. I LOVE quotes – so one whole wall is a collage of quotes to inspire me and keep me motivated. I built my desk so that I can keep all my ideas organized and within reach.

I also have a standing desk to help me stay alert. I also know it helps me bring great energy when doing speaking events and interviews.

Quality rest is crucial for peak performance. What sleep hygiene rituals do you follow to maintain high energy and clear thinking? How have these practices contributed to your success and well-being as a business owner?

Daniela Wolfe: Sleep can have such a powerful impact on my entire day. It can affect my mood, energy level, how I eat, my patience and tolerance, my motivation… the list can go on. To help make sure I get a good night’s sleep I have a pretty consistent nighttime routine that I follow. While how long I have to spend on the actions can vary – I am consistent in making sure that they happen every day.

I start with my skincare routine – washing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and masks when I have time. Once I get into bed I moisturize my lips, feet, and hands. I read anywhere from 3 paragraphs to several pages until I feel my eyes getting heavy and then go to sleep. It might not sound super powerful – but it’s what works for me to wind down and get the quality sleep I need.
